Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure it arrives in mint condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping box, then drop it off at your preferred insured carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
